HELPING TO CHANGE YOUR FUTURE

Handcuffs to Hard Hats

About Us

“I can get you your first day, but you have to get yourself the second day,” that’s what I told my cellie when I got locked up on a drug charge at 53 years old.

You see, I’ve done some things. I’ve made money and lost it. I’ve had determination and luck, sometimes both at the same time. It took catching a case to realize I should have known better. But this kid? This 19-year-old knucklehead? He never stood a chance. This life of crime is all he’s ever known.

And that’s when I realized that people like me can absolutely do better for people like him.

Testimonials

"When I tell you how these guys changed my life...I mean, my big dream when I was locked up was to get out and take my girlfriend to Red Lobster after saving up some money. But I didn't want be in the game anymore, so I needed to find another way. This was the way."

Alex Bunky

"My dad showed me how to sell drugs when I was 11. That's all I knew how to do. It was a family business at that point. If I ever wanted to get out, I was going to have to start all over. It's hard to be at the bottom when you have a baby on the way."

Florencia Redd

"Look, everybody says they want to help, but they just don't understand the life. This place is different. These guys have done time and come out the other side. That's what I needed to see to get motivated. Not a suit. A person."
